The Delga Group Quality Policy

The Delga Group operates a Quality Management System that is designed to enable the company to achieve total customer satisfaction, continual improvement of our internal processes and compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

The Quality Management System of The Delga Group covers the provision of colour and monochrome printed packaging, primarily to the entertainments industry.

The management of the company are committed to promoting awareness and understanding of the Quality System, and ensure that comprehensive communication occurs throughout the business.

Continual improvement of the company and its Quality Management System are achieved by the setting of goals and objectives based on performance indicators, audits, training needs and customer feedback. Meetings are held on a daily basis to ensure the continued effectiveness of the Quality Management System, set goals and objectives and to evaluate any corrective or preventive actions implemented.
