Delga Press operates a Quality and Environmental Management System that is designed to enable the
company to achieve total customer satisfaction, continual improvement of our internal processes and compliance
with the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BS EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.

The Quality and Environmental Management System of Delga Press covers the provision of colour and monochrome printed material.

The company's management is committed to promoting awareness and understanding of the Quality and Environmental Management System, and ensuring that comprehensive communication occurs throughout the business.

We conduct annual Management Review Meetings in which we set and review our policy and objectives relating to the company's strategic direction, response times and project completion commitments.

Continual Improvement of the company and its Quality and Environmental Management System are achieved by the setting of goals and objectives based on performance indicators, audits, training needs and customer feedback. Meetings are held on a daily basis to ensure the continued effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System, set goals and objectives and evaluate any corrective or preventive actions implemented.
